Thank you for your kindness, your guidance, your help and your patience. I have been greatly blessed to have had you as my doctor for the months that I’ve been here. You have taught me so much about my pain and about what is within my power to lessen it effect on me. I am very blessed and grateful that my journey here was touched by you.

Was just cleaning out emails and thought I’d let you know that I’m doing very well. A few twinges of pain, exercising regularly, seeing my psychologist now only 1/month…she says I’m doing great, acupuncture and massage as needed but at least 1/month…back to regular maintenance meds, no narcotics and feeling really good. The ST system works, thanks for all your help along the way

I was totally without hope. After three years of severe pain I was depressed, anxious, isolated and suffering from insomnia. Within a few weeks of working with you my pain decreased significantly and I was able to change my pain medication. Your classes I learned how to manage my pain. I no longer experience insomnia, depression or anxiety. Now I am nearly pain free.
