I was totally without hope. After three years of severe pain I was depressed, anxious, isolated and suffering from insomnia. Within a few weeks of working with you my pain decreased significantly and I was able to change my pain medication. Your classes I learned how to manage my pain. I no longer experience insomnia, depression or anxiety. Now I am nearly pain free.
Just a note to say thanks. Your guidance in my recovery really made the difference for me. How fortunate we are that there are folks like you out there.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for showing me the greatest healing experience I have ever encountered. I had allowed my body and mind to deteriorate to the point of shame and no hope. My change began with I attended your mindfulness class. For the first time in two years I found hope. You gave me the tools I desperately needed. Not only did you give me hope, but you gave me results.
Thank you for helping me when no body else would. You are the main man. You will always be that to me till the day I die. From the time I spent with you in 2012 through now you’ve given so of yourself. Thanks for being you.
Thank you for your kindness, your guidance, your help and your patience. I have been greatly blessed to have had you as my doctor for the months that I’ve been here. You have taught me so much about my pain and about what is within my power to lessen it effect on me. I am very blessed and grateful that my journey here was touched by you.
Was just cleaning out emails and thought I’d let you know that I’m doing very well. A few twinges of pain, exercising regularly, seeing my psychologist now only 1/month…she says I’m doing great, acupuncture and massage as needed but at least 1/month…back to regular maintenance meds, no narcotics and feeling really good. The ST system works, thanks for all your help along the way
I can say with all honesty you are the best doctor I’ve ever had. Your theories are inspiring and applicable. Your spirit is great and I’ll appreciate you forever.
Thank you so much for being an integral part of my Dream Team. I feel incredibly blessed in having the opportunity to work with you. You are incredibly brilliant and humble. I am appreciative of your talent and your work ethic. Your compassion and guidance was the beginning of me feeling my feelings in my body. Words cannot articulate how grateful I am for this gift that you have given me.
